Oktoberfest E-Bike Ride: Blossom Trail to Bauhaus Biergarten

September 20th felt like the right day for a little Oktoberfest of our own. Germany celebrates Oktoberfest across September, so Sandy and I marked it the way that fits this chapter of life — on e-bikes, outdoors, and ending somewhere with good company.

We started on the Blossom Trail and rode to Bauhaus Biergarten. I logged the ride in RideWithGPS so I’d have a clean route summary to look back on — distance, path, and the shape of the day in one place.

It wasn’t a race. It was retirement done simply: move a little, share the ride, and toast the season when you get there. Sandy made it better, the way good riding partners do.
